  17. <p>     It's election season, and more and more American
  18. politicians are making "fact-finding trips" to Moscow, hoping
  19. to bring home an 8-by-10 glossy of their huddle with Boris
  20. Yeltsin. With as many as a dozen Congressmen showing up every
  21. week, Yeltsin and his staff have asked American Ambassador Bob
  22. Strauss to help slow the tide. The Russians say they're
  23. overwhelmed with too many urgent problems to spend so much time
  24. chewing the fat in what amounts to photo-ops for the Yanks.
